This is one of the most common questions with online gun sales. PG does carry some guns in stock, however, we cannot carry everything, so most of our business is generated by specific requests from customers via the internet. As an online gun store there are many guidelines that PG has to follow, but the process for purchasing a gun online is straight forward, safe, secure, and approved by the Bureau Of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms.
- Locate a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in your area. PG is a FFL holder! Any gun shop, gun smith, or gun range operates with an FFL and can gladly help you out with your transaction.
- If out of state, contact your local FFL and tell them you'd like to transfer a firearm from Patriot Guns. Most FFL's will do this for a nominal fee. Your dealer can perform a check on us to validate our license.
- Once PG receives payment (cash, credit card, check, or via Paypal on our website), your order will be updated to "ship" status. Firearms are shipped directly to PG via FedEx or UPS, and then personally delivered if you reside locally. If out of state, the shipment will be sent directly to the FFL you choose, of which you will handle the delivery arrangements.
- PG will perform the background check and handle the transfer paperwork, as required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. It is the customers responsibility to determine if the firearm is legal in your area. Your local FFL, BATF Field Office, or Department of Justice Official will be able to help you in the event that you are unsure of the legality of a firearm in your area.
